Title: Perth help needed
Post by: Aussie-67 on May 31, 2021, 09:53:19 pm
Is there anyone in Perth that could come help me change out a distributor?  Its a 302W and has been fitted with a no name Chinese knock off that has died.  I have the replacement, just need some help, if anyone is feeling generous with their time.

I always seem to screw these up when I change them, and its a fresh engine so rather than risk lots of back firing, etc thought I would ask first.  Happy to pay for time/ travel.

Car is north of the river in Ballajura.

Regards

Tony

G'Day Tony,
Installing a new dizzy and timing the engine is actually not that difficult if you follow the steps correctly.
There is also plenty of good content on YouTube if you use Dr Google.
