Title: How to remove spray-on "tint" from rear lights?
Post by: jiffy on May 28, 2021, 05:31:49 pm
I have a set of tail-lights for my 2002 Cobra, they're really nice but have been sprayed with very dark tint.

Is there a way to remove the tint without damaging the light lenses?

Hey jiffy,
Maybe a shot in the dark, but spray lens with that removable plastic paint, it may adhere to the tinted compound and remove it from the lens! It may grab around the frayed edges and pull the lot off.
Got me other than that!
Cheers Phil
