Hi I have a 2001 Cobra convertible. We were having problems intermittently with the door locks. The drivers door actuator was replaced and everything worked well for a while and then suddenly the door will no longer open with the remote. We have also used another door lock remote but it won’t unlock the drivers door but unlocks the passenger door does anyone have any suggestions as to what it may be.
Also looking for an electrical diagram for said vehicle
Thank you

No idea but sounds like the door actuator again.
Test for a voltage signal or take it to an auto-electrician

What Jeff says Sally.
But if you need a wiring diagram I have all the Ford Mechanics books for our model Mustangs.

If its anything like my young blokes Territory, replacing actuators is a lucky dip on how long the new one lasts.

Could you please send me a copy of the wiring diagram as I have booked it in next week to get the wiring checked. I have also heard there is a RKE module somewhere but when I tried to look for it didn’t know where to start so if you know that too would be a great help
Thankyou

The book is big. So its the solenoid area of the door you want?
