I'm only 20 minutes from Byron, and from the houses I work on there is no shortage of people who could afford a genuine gt350. For a small town that is.
I know of a couple of real gt 500, 350's up here, + gt 390 and about 3 clones, 67's and 66's and a hertz.  The kids nearly got run over by a 4 door porsche coming back from the beach yesterday, made a change from the 2 door bently that is usually next door, or the his and hers range rover sports.
If he is genuine it will only take one phonecall to Sean to allay any suspicions.

Building estimate for the last 'weekender' I worked on was $8,000,000.  Probably went a bit higher by completion though.  It was the 3rd house we had done in that street.
