Hey guys I need to send a mustang hood from QLD to VIC ,who would you use .  It’s approximately 1,500x1,500 x300 .

I used https://www.e-go.com.au/quick_quote.do to sent a front guard up there a couple of years ago. The guy I was sending it to organised and paid for it so I can't comment any further. A bonnet is going to be expensive though because of the size.

try furniture removalist backloads on gumtree at the sending location.
I got a new steel bullbar plus winch kit from Sydney to Caloundra Turnoff for $100 cash with a removilist who was heading back to Townsville.

I've used e-go before when I purchased a bonnet from interstate and it arrived with no damage.
