Sorry peoples yes it was me, I deleted his post and membership.

He registered from Sri Lanks and his first post had a hidden link to another website which may or may not have been legitimate.

There are a few warning signs associated with suspect spammers.

Registering from Sri Lanka to advertise some magical breathing apparatus located on an obscure .com website that had a hidden link is VERY SUSPECT.
