As requested here is a tutorial that explains how to resize your pictures and then add them as an avatar in your profile.
I have written this as if your picture is already hosted on photobucket so if you don't know how to add pictures to photobucket check out this other tutorial
How to post pictures - that are stored on your computer (http://www.mustang.org.au/forum/viewthread.php?tid=8124)
If you have any suggestions or problems just yell out.
Cheers,
Foresight

1. Browse to the picture you want to be your avatar and then hover your pointer over the picture, then hover over the "edit" tab and then click the "resize" option

2. This screen will load
(http://mustang.org.au/cpu/Instructions/Avatar/02.jpg)
3. Make sure the "Keep Proportions" box is checked, change the first size box to 180 (the second is filled automatically) and then click "Save a copy"
4. Copy the link from the "Direct Link" box
(http://mustang.org.au/cpu/Instructions/Avatar/04.jpg)
5. Open the MOCA forum, click the "User Control Panel" link, Click the "Edit profile" link, delete the automatically filled in first password field and then paste the direct link you copied from photobucket into the "Avatar URL" field
(http://mustang.org.au/cpu/Instructions/Avatar/05.jpg)
6. Scroll down and click the "Edit Profile" link[/size]

7. You will be redirected to this page and it should say you were successful. If it states an error involving your password then you forgot to delete the first password field which is filled in by default. If it says your picture is too big then you didn't put the correct sizes in when you were resizing your picture in photobucket
