Title: Shelby Cobra
Post by: fredm666 on October 30, 2023, 01:22:17 pm
Hey guys,

just wondering if anyone of you or anyone you know has ever ordered a new Shelby Cobra from the US.

I'm not planning to buy one, I was just curious to understand if these cars can be manufactured as RHD and if they can be imported and registered in Australia.

p.s.
it seems the GT40 is already RHD https://www.shelby.com/Vehicles/GT40-Shelby-Edition

Hey Fred,
I do like the Cobra’s and the GT40, but my favourite is the Daytona!

Cheers Phil.

Hey Fred,
No, definitely not one of the new Ferrari Daytona, but I wouldn’t pass it up. Out of my league!

This one!

Hi Phil

I knew you were referring to that.  :smile01:
What I meant was the 1968 Ferrari Daytona; the new one is way too much.

Hey Fred,
A !968 Ferrari Daytona would be nice, but I’ll go one better, IMO! (my most favourite car) 1968 Alfa Romeo Stradale Tipo 33.

All well out out my league!
