Title: Respray
Post by: Dutto on January 07, 2024, 11:44:26 am

Hi Friends,
I resently purchased my 1965 Mustang. Upon further investigation it has been resprayed in Ragoon Red, but the data plate suys "Destiny Green".
My questions are as follows should I get the car reprayed in it factory colour and does anyone know of a reputable spray painter in Brisbane that I can contact.
Cheers
Gary

Comes down to if you like the colour and the quality of the job, or if you prefer it to be closer to original, regardless changing back won’t be cheap,

And l think the colour is Dynasty Green, not a bad colour..,

Depends on what model your car is (R code?) or how original the rest of the car is.
Will be expensive to respray and may uncover more body work repairs to be done.

Thanks Guys,
I'm undecided on which way I will go.
I'm an original kind of guy, you know evertrhing back to stock, but I like the red.
Cheers
