Coyote Swap
« on: September 19, 2021, 06:35:18 pm »
Gday guys,
I’m doing a Coyote swap in my 1966 Coupe.
I was just wondering if anyone has gone through this installation, that I can get some tips from.

I have installed a TCI IFS suspension system,
I have the Engine and Transmission ready to go in, but I do have some questions.
Cheers
Batesy

Hey Mike,
Sounds great, but if you’re going to that extreme do something about independent rear suspension as well!
Not Jag. There must be some way to fit a new Mustang wrecks rear end!
Make it a wide body with giant brakes, wheels and tyres.
Make sure you brace it well or it will twist and your paint will crack and fall off!
When I built my car I wanted something extreme, now you can better that!
But you’ve got to keep the interior classic IMO.
In for a penny in for a pound!
Watch a few Ken Block Hoonigan videos to get your blood running!
Welcome to the forum!
Keep us posted!
Cheers Phil.

If you've never buggered anything you've never done anything!
But if you've buggered a lot maybe you're not very good at it!

Two for one is good but four for two is better!

Hey Mike,
How tall are you, it’d be great if you’re short, seeing as that it is a coupe cut 2 inches out of the top.
Cheers Phil.
