Took my order a little over a week from Despatch, but a lot of my stuff was on backorder and took nearly a month for them to have the order ready for despatch, Then I had damage to some of the items which they are replacing thankfully.
Generally I have had no difficulties with them but all be warned I have discovered that the 69 kickpanels with speakers are still being sold yet they do not have speakers available that will fit them.
I paid extra for "Rockford Fosgate" speakers as the normal ones that they use are no longer available to only find out when they arrive the speakers are not fitted and they will not fit on the kickpanels.

You should be able to get a tracking number from CJ's and then jump on the Fedex site and find where your parts are.
If CJ's don't give you a tracking number they obviously have not sent it yet, Don;t write your gear of yet I am sure if you follow it up they will turn up.

CJ Pony is a pain in the ass!! I placed a big order and they only sent 3/4 of it to a place in the USA for shipping to OZ. Waited 3 weeks for back order stuff, and then it missed the container. I was told they are waiting on 1 part and said forget it, just post what you have to me via USPS asap as I need it. They have now sent it via Fedex ground, and there is no tracking number avail for this service. The tracking number at the bottom of the dispatch order you get is just somthing they make up, from what they have told me. Now have to wait up to 6 weeks for my parcel. The stuff on the container arrived this week!! Tossers. I will go back to Kentucky Mustang who are as cheap and have friendly staff who go out of their way to help.:lol:
Of my box now

My gear turned up friday !! it went to sweden then here, CJ's tracking number is good from their depot to fedex's warehouse in Newark New Jersey they deliever it to USPS mail centre there then, after that you can't track it so if it goes astray thats it I am just glad mine turned up how it ended up in Sweden beats me . I have another parcel coming from them which was dispatched on the 20th of jan so we will see.
Thanks everybody that replied.
Cheers Shane

Ive ordered from them recently, luckily they had all parts in stock. The tracking number worked and the parts were at my door seven days later.I think it would pay to call and find out if the parts are in stock before ya order. They were helpfull and was happy with the service.Ive heard of back order issues with other people as well.
