Hi, Anyone know of a suitable upgrade for a throttle peddle and cable to replace the old rod linkage set up on a 66 mustang V8 before I go searching the wreckers. Thank you

Hey Eddie,
Look up Lokar accelerator pedal and cable set up!
Do you have an automatic with kick down, if so you may need something else, I'm talking manual transmission!

Hey Eddie,
I know absolutely nothing about autos!
I think you still need your kick down or the gearbox will be sluggish!
Someone on the forum will have an answer!
You won't have to wait long, someone will advise!
Lokar probably has a cable from your carby linkage back to the transmission?
Cheers Phil

Lokar are the go to for this.
You can get:
Pedal (BAG-6115)
Throttle cable (various lengths)
Carby linkage (to suit your combo)
C4 kickdown cable (cheaper copy https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/392946449143?epid=23041070651&hash=item5b7d6efaf7:g:34EAAOSwwmlc0L0i)
