Been running Penrite HPR30 in my Ford Racing 302. Engine isn't doing a lot k's or pushed like yours.
-
Yer was thinking penrite HPR5.
-
What oil do they spec for the blower? I'd probably run penrite 10 in it or a castrol edge, Mobil is no as easy to get as it used to be.
-
Just a FYI - My last lot of Mobil 1 I used ebay to get my last 16 quarts - saved some money and made it easy.
Having said that most modern oils are more than adequate though in my view Mobile 5w30 is the best.

The blowers dont run on the engines oil , they run on there own oil.

Oh ok some of the Paxtons use the sump oil, you feed them via the oil sender pressure take off and run a return to the sump.

as its dry sumped to will be needing somewhere between 10-15L of oil per oil change .......
