Title: How to post your Avatar
Post by: peterp on August 05, 2012, 10:23:34 am
You can now upload your own Avatar through your profile.

Click on your Profile tab

On the left menu click on Forum Profile

Then click on Upload an Avatar

Browse to your computer to upload an Avatar.

TIP:  Try to keep the image size below 200 by 200 because the forum will resize it to that but if you upload larger images it will slow down your posts appearing.

Example:  a 1024 pixel image will still load at that size but will only be displayed at 200 pixels

Went to change my Avatar and I now get the following:
Using my own from my PC as per above:
"The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved"

and then the old way via Photobucket:
Image has moved or is not available..

I'm doing this all via Google Chrome...someone got any Ideas...an yes, I will try IE now.
