Anyone suggest best way of improving headlight  beam output on 2004 GT  ( with polycarb headlamp units)

Get some better globes from PowerBulbs online store.

They always have big sales going on too.

CJ Pony Parts have a variety of headlights, some better than others, look them up on line.
