Just get a t5 crossmember they fit the tko. I've got a tko 600 in my 65 coupe.

You have to cut that bit of metal up top out of your tunner for it to fit.

Also the top loader Bellhousings bolt right up.

TKO 500 or 600 = 5 speed
T56 - Magnum = 6 speed
---- You  choose  the gear box combo  and Mal Wood has the cross braces etc to suit

Hey guys
Sorry should of elaborated a bit more . I have a t56 6 speed box in my mustang i have dropped the height of my engine and gearbox so no cutting of the tunnel was required . Im now at the stage of hooking up the handbrake cable and wondering if anyone has fitted this box and has successfully routed the handbrake cable in .
Cheers
Rhys

The T56 is a good choice (heaps of options available for this one--ratios to suit, crisp quick shifting, dog gears, sequential shifting etc)
Mal does a cross brace -- some welding to chassis  required
