Looking forward to Adelaide,  there are 9 cars leaving and travelling in convoy from the Gold Coast on Monday heading south to arrive on Thursday afternoon and all staying at the Buffallo. :a:a

Yep, Lots of last minute preparations happening here too.

Just finished buffing Jeremy`s 65 Coupe ( Mustang Jerry ).
13 hours swinging the buff around, and now applying Sealant and then waxes after the sealant is cured. Coming along nicely -





Brad ( Frenchy76 ) and Andy are doing a great job getting the 68 Vert ready. Think Brad is going to post some photos of the Vert in the morning.

its finished!:a and with a couple of days to spare! Andy and i have worked our butt's off for the last 3 weeks to have it ready for the nationals this weekend and now its time to enjoy driving it! Andy, Jill and Stephie will be driving this one to the nationals. Fiona and I will be driving the red 67 coupe in a convoy with my brother (mustang jerry) in his red 65 coupe and my dad (rocket) will be driving his Gulf Stream Aqua 68 coupe. Cheers for all the messages of support during the project, see you all on sunday!

Friday 2nd - Meet and greet at The Haven
All local member welcome to drop in any time during the day to help welcome our interstate visitors.

Saturday 3rd - Morning cruise
Meet at the Comfort Inn Haven Marina on Adelphi Terrace Glenelg by 9.00am to leave at 9.30 sharp.
Mustang cruise along the coastal roads to the North Haven Marina cafes for morning tea/coffee at the Rivabella Cafe and Gulf View Cafe.
Free morning tea courtesy of the club for participants.
Registered guests will have a map in their 'goodie bag' with the route high-lighted. Maps will be available on the day.
Geoff will be asking some SA members to help out, so the interstate Mustangers have someone local to follow.


Sunday 4th - Nationals Display Day
Venue is the West Torrens Birkalla Soccer Club, corner Anzac Highway and Morphett Road, Novar Gardens.
All Mustangs welcome - $15 entry fee including occupants. Free entry bag for the first 300 cars.
The gates for the Mustangs will be open from 7.00am.
We would like to see as many Mustangs as possible on the pitch by 9.30am please, as the gates for the public will be open at 10.00am.
Public entry: $10/car including occupants and off street parking.
Walk up: $5/adult, children U/14 free.

Please get there as early as possible so the cars can be parked before the public entry at 10.00am.

Monday 5th - Cruise to Strathalbyn
Meet at K-Mart on Anzac Highway, Kurralta Park from 9.00am for a 10.00am departure.
Leaving from the rear exit crossing Anzac Highway taking Beckman Street/Winifred Avenue to Cross Road.
Turning left onto Cross Road, then heading to the South Eastern Freeway.
Turning right onto the Freeway, then a good run to the Mt. Barker exit, continuing through Mt. Barker and onto Strathalbyn.
Arriving at approximately 11.30am/12.00 noon for lunch.
Designated parkiing areas will be available at the Victoria Hotel.
Please Note
Lunch at the Hotel is now fully booked.
If anyone decides to just come along on the day, you will be more than welcome to join the run.
However, if you haven't booked in advance for the Hotel, you will have to make other arrangements for lunch.

Sweet66, I gather from Dale`s post that you only need to turn up early Sunday Morning in your Sweet66, pay $15 and you are in.
