I will try and get down there. Last time I got lost - it's pretty far for me. I think the reserve was not even on my Melways !! Have a newer one now.

Cheers,
Frank.

Just don't use indicators :(

I just got back from Cora Lynn.

Didn't see anyone there ....

Saw some familiar Muzzys , but none that I knew the owners of.

Cheers,
Frank.

Frank, saw over 40 Mustangs amongst the 1200/1400 vehicles on display. Didn't see you but then again I was trying to get around to all display areas.
This is now one MASSIVE show with cars, bikes, trucks, speedboats, steam engines/vehicles, tractor pull vehicles, car/caravan duos, and a swap meet too!
If it grows again, it will have to move, or at least take up even more of the surrounding paddock areas.
Plenty on for the kids and families too.
Great entertainment for all who attended and only 1/2 hr or so from Dandenong.

Frank I got there at 9 am ish and the oval was already 1/2 full. I was parked on the oval in front of the pavilions 3 rows towards centre of ground. Can't believe the size of this thing now. Sorry we missed each other. I was 3 cars away from Terry Smith's Silver 66 with orange stripes. I had a really good day and everyone said what a terrific show it was. More space is the organisers' problem for next year.

I think we detoured into the pavilions for some food and must have missed you.

We got there about 11:00am and left just after 1:00pm.

Yeah, a lot of cars. Would be good if they could arrange the cars in years or similar.

Cheers,
Frank.

Sorry I couldn't make it guys.
Still got trans issues after spending a few hours Sat slowly trying to problem solve.
Need to find this bug soon.
Car still drivable - but painful without vaccum gear changes.
Its even a bigger pain after I put the alternator, alternator arm, engine puller back on after having those bits and a few others chromed.

All good, but trans issue didn't get sorted!!!!

Nice chrome bits.

Who do you use ? My guy took 6 months to rechrome my rear tailight housing and didnt do a great job and charged me a fortune.

Easy fix for your auto - change to manual g/box !!!

Hev will be back me up here .... hehe

Cheers,
Frank.

Johno, I was on the oval as well but on the other side of the loud speakers to you.  I came past a couple of times but you were out  both times counting cars.  It was a big turn out and heaps to see.  A lot which aren't normally at shows, which was good.

Amazing to see how many get out on the highway.

Thanks for the reminder of the event.

Sorry to miss you guys too.
One of the officials who has been at all of the 5 shows said that it was larger than last year when they in fact had nearly 1200 entrants. He estimated up to 1400 but I would have said around 800 if asked. Either way it has grown very quickly in 5 years.
Reckon Cora Lynn needs a couple of freeways built into it just for the annual car show.
They will need a lot more room next year if the weather is good again.
There was some magnificent cars there incl some very new ones.
