Sorry Lee
Have had a bit going on lately. Will have all the paperwork sorted on Wednesday and will be making the phone calls.
The final planning meeting is this Friday, Canteen are ordering food and bread etc today and tomorrow. Alls good.
The paperwork I spoke to you about is only about basic common sense anyway.

Lee.
Will you be at the meeting?
If so I can give you the paperwork... read ....... protect my butt.
What I am after is Eskies for storing the snags etc.
If each car could bring one Eskie we are well and truly covered. All is good and rolling along nicely, let's hope we don;t get  any weather drama's.
Aaron. Are you still in?
Canteen are really looking forward to this happening...So am I. :f:f:f:f:f:f:f

Jmd1 - the form you sent got resized & is pretty illegible, but I'm filling it out & faxing today (sorry)

Still only going to make the morning til 11ish at this stage due work.

I have an reasonable size eskie I can bring along.

No worries Aaron.
Should be right for eskies, the last thing I want is to spend Sunday returning Eskies all over town.
Don't know what happened with the forms but if needed it can be sorted on the day. Easier to have them in early and the ends are tied.

Not long now..
Saturday is going to be huge, what with Canteen members, our own cars and members, fire trucks and corporate support.
It is going to go  RIGHT OFF.
Thanks to all that have offered their help, now we can only wait and hope that we have the success that this event is due.:(:(:(:(:(:(:(;_

Don't know how many cans of the wrong coloured stuff
And go figure    water.
The weather will be good

Best of luck for the weekend, almost makes me wish I lived in the big smoke so I could come and give a hand, but I don't know if the old girl would make the trip, besides that she'd have to go in the Mustang.

Too old to rock and roll, too young to die.

Very thin ice...:+:+:+
Thanks for the good wishes, it will be a great day even before it starts. The feeling of community involvment is the main thing and that is what's coming to the fore.
It will be a top day for Canteen and the club.:(:(:(

:p:p:p:p  An  absolute ball tearer .:p:p:p:p
Thanks to everyone for their help today, I don't know what the figures are but the smiles say it was a massive success.
I was wrapt when I did the return trip with the trailer and spoke to Canteens representatives at each outlet.
Everyone was upbeat and look forward to having to more activities between us.
Thanks guy's:a::p:(:a:p
