I will collect the motor when it arrives & take it to the Gilroy shop where it will wait with my truck. But that will ocurr when I return as I am hopefully flying that day.

I just read this the whole way through Steve. looking nice mate. I might have to come over and see about a RHD conversion. Wasn't very keen on one to be honest but it is  starting to rub off on me. I bet that will cost plenty though.

Keep it going mate. Cheers

Still planning on a 3 layer candy, I will probably start playing with the exact shade soon. Let me know when you want to come for a visit, the conversion is cool I think, the cost depends on how nuts you want to go.

It fits up easy enough, still not finished yet though. Its just mocked up at this stage. The wheels will be different offset, they need some dish.

I want 19" x 10" & 19" x 8" V5 Simmons. Not gunna happen though seems they shut down. Still cruising the net looking for something that catches my eye. I should have a set of 16" B45s t try on tommorow & see if they clear the calipers. Also see if 16s look any good. Hunting up a set in 16" isnt hard 19" is a killer.

That is where all the links on other forums point to, and the only one with pics.  My old commodore looked like that black one... (the stupid dog magnet it was)

Sorry I didnt reply quicker, just had to duck down to the florist & buy some flowers & crap. Gotta go now & make the coffee & do a foot massage:+ Just now need to convince her a 427 will make it more eco friendly.

I love the 16". Tough muscular look and yes I love the dish. Just bought a set of 19" for my new XR6 Turbo which would look awesome on your fastback (if they would fit). There are Petrol Octane, Hyper silver finish with a stainless lip. Nice dish as well 19x8, also come in 19x9.5. Haven't got them yet but they look awesome on the XR6.

The pic of the 19 on the car is off a BF so those puppies would fit. Just get them delivered to me & I can look after them for you::
