Not much ... just pickup a motor in Sydney. Put it on a trailer and bring it down to Melb/Ballarat.
hehe.

I know a big ask - but a good excuse to come back with a trailer for of mustang bits ! ;2

The guy wont ship it.

I have a guy bringing a trailer down from Sydney for me, He is a guy I met over the forums, so there is a little element of risk I guess, but if your guy can get it to Castle hill, and in the trailer, strapped in, and you wanted to chip in, I assume it would be ok?

25.8 kms according to Google maps.

The trailer is empty, apart from a fold up gazebo, and a couple of spare wheels. It is 9m x 1.75 x 1.8, so I think there will be room for it :+

I guess the question is how likely is it that the trailer will not show up or show up emtpy ?!?!

Well, I'm a pretty trusting guy, and paying (on completion, I'm not THAT trusting!) pretty good money for the job. But the truth is that I sent out a request on a Forum, and got an offer, so I can never be 100%, and I would never offer any guarantee's.
