Repair steering wheels
« on: March 30, 2009, 11:55:20 am »
Hi all,

The steering wheel in my '65 has cracked in a few places. I am told this is not an uncommon occurrence. I have heard through the grape vine that there are places that can repair them. I am wanting to know if this is the case and if there is anywhere people would recommend.

Thanks

Thanks mo;{...I've done a few of those, and can take a look at it for you MustangMuscle if you wish? The wheel you have usually crack & distort around, and through the centre hub area. Also at the outer ends of each side of the spokes, and at the die hole markings on the main rim.You can email at konakula06@bigpond.com.au if you wish to discuss further...thanks,Luke!
