Oh comeon ! , someone go around and start it for him , im too far away .  Make sure the battery is charged , even though it looks new or use jump leads. Then go from there to the starter solinoid , there will be battery lead in and out if it is the type thats not attached to the starter also 2 smaller terminals , 1 of these is your ignition which will light up your dash , the other is for your starter motor  . make sure they are all clean and connected. The solenoid itself could be stuffed , hopefully not the starter.  BTW nice Fast Back , i got mine from Ken too , nice bloke to deal with. ;x i could of got it running and had a testdrive while it was over here ;2

If its just off the boat the battery will almost certainly be flat. Mine was and it was a brand newy. Stick another battery out of another decent sized car, (put your battery on charge in the mean time, it will probably come good from an overnight charge...) check the engine oil and water level  then kick er in the guts.

James.

Ok! I can't wait around any longer......anticipation is killing me!!

I'm going to buy a new battery today and replace the old one even if it looks very new.
Then I'll go from there.....

Unless someone wants to come over tonight for a tingle??;2

Hopping back from the engine thread, I've been wondering which grille you have for the car.

67 GT350's were launched with rather unusual inboard headlights, but someone goofed, as these were illegal in some states.  So depending on which state a car was allocated to, it could be delivered with either inboard or outboard headlights.

Well, what you see is what you get, there's a whole lot of chromy bits in a bucket in the boot, haven't had a chance to look at yet.
But as you can see in the photos, no grille on it, I do have both bumper bars.
