Haven't had her long so i'm not sure what exactly is done to the motor, other than it's a 347, Edelbrock performer manifold, Headers, Holley vac secondary's guess would be a 600. Runs a Hurst shift, not great for the road as it has a shaker fitted. Have a new Hurst shift to install, then should be a lot better, have got a few bits over the past couple of weeks, then will do all the little jobs in 1 go.
My guess would be 2.75 diff which is great for cruising, just a nice note at cruise.
And your right it has Scheel seats, Autotechnics steering wheel, 15" 3 piece Simmons wheels running 265's on the rear(just).
She feels toey when you get the revs up, but until new shift fitted it's hard to tell.
But compared to the 67 she's a slug.
