What's the correct order

Help and suggestions required please from those that've been there and done that.:P
I'm new to this Mustang thing and have just purchased a 65 'Stang conv. which needs some restoration.
Namely paint, mechanicals(some) and trim. Plus I'd like to detail the engine bay.
How to start ?:(
Best to do paint before trim before mechanicals or do mechanicals then engine bay then trim then paint ?
I'm confused . Can anyone point me in the right direction.
Thanks...

Ok, just my thoughts,
strip the thing to the bare bones first , then in this order, do - engine bay and under body paint,
mechanicals, body and interior paint, then trim.......;)
if only it was as easy as writing it:cool:;):(
good luck
