Help me find who owned this car

Hey there everyone. I recently picked up a 1970 hard top that's been modified to take part in variety bashes.

But neither me nor the guy I bought it off have the details of the guy who used to race it.

If anyone recognises the car or knows the owner or the guy who built it and could give me some contact details, that would be greatly appreciated, I'd love to know the history of this car.
