140A Alternator
« on: December 07, 2022, 07:14:09 am »
Hey all.
I have a Jaylec 65-0007 95A internal regulator alternator (Ford AFD0029) (similar to Ford 3G but clock face 120 degree not 180 degree)
It has a hinge point 85mm wide 45mm from the end of a 6 rib pulley and an locking tab at 120 degrees to the left with m10 thread.
I’ve just Flex-a-lite dual thermo fans that pull high amps so I need to upgrade the alternator.
They fit E Series Falcons and really having trouble finding one 140A or better.
Is anyone up to speed with Alternators.
Cheers Phil.

If you've never buggered anything you've never done anything!
But if you've buggered a lot maybe you're not very good at it!

Two for one is good but four for two is better!
