Beat any brand of gasket is fine. Fel pro is the most common brand in the us. . I have never replaced head bolts. The originals are usually fine to reuse. . Tap the exhaust bolt holes to insure the exhaust bolts go in easily.

If you're replacing the exhaust manifold gaskets Remflex are hard to go past. I put some on mine a few years ago on Barnett's advice. I just put some Felpro rocker cover gaskets on and they seem pretty good, certainly solved my oil leak problem I had there.

I always use fuel pro gaskets . Buy a full set and it has everything you need and cost only a bit more than just the top end kit  .  Top end gasket has limited gaskets .

Felpro will do fine.  They have been  around since  Noah was a boy so they are a proven OEM.
