Vehicle inspection needed in WA

Hi all, looking to buy a 69 R Code Mach 1 located at Mandurah. Looking for recommendations for a person or company who does classic vehicle inspections as the owner has disclosed one panel where the paint has lifted. Concerned if this is going to happen on other panels or just this panel that wasn't primed right. Sadly I am in NSW and not allowed in to WA for another 5 months or so.

Any help would be appreciated.
