Installing Strut Tower issues

Hi All,
Just looking for a bit advice on how to proceed with the current positioning of the LH shock tower.
Currently replacing all sheet metal forward of the back apron.

As shown in photo No.1 all panels are fitted up to existing upper bolt holes on the back apron and new shock tower and all is within 3/16” to 1/4” , just need to dress he folded edges on the front apron to bring things back to original position

When fitting the export brace to assist with final positioning of the shock towers , the brace lines up perfectly across the front cowl and RH shock tower mount but the LH side is around 14 – 15mm out of alignment as shown in photo No.2

A quick check on the fender bolt spacings on the LH fender against the position of the fender mounting hole on the strut tower was within 1/16”

Both lower control arm brackets were fitted up to both shock towers and as shown in photo No.3 and there is misalignment between LH & RH sides

All panels forward of the shock towers were removed and the LH shock tower repositioned to suit the export brace.

By repositioning the shock tower to suit the brace it has bought the lower control arms into better alignment as shown in photo No.5 , but the downside is the shock tower just touches the back apron as shown in photo No.4

With repositioning of the LH shock tower now compounds other issues like: fender bolts holes , trimming the front apron to suit and the sway bar mounting bracket / strut rod brace.

So the million dollar question is where does the issue lie , the pressings on the shock tower & the LCA are out (lower brackets on the LCA that mount to the underside of the chassis had to be dressed to align with three bolt holes on the shock tower)

Any feed back / advice or guidance on the above issue would muchly appreciated
