Sync 3 navigation issue

Hi,

I recently bought a 2016 GT and the previous owner had installed Sync 3 screen into the car.  When I test drove it, I swear that the inbult navigation was working, but now I have it, the navigation is well out (see image - the car should be on the Nepean Hwy in this).  In the image, the symbol GPS has a red cross thru it but I dont know what this means.  Auto Android works perfectly, and looks  great, however it would be good to have the inbuilt nav working too, and latest maps.  Sync version3.2,  maps version ANZ 1 17.
Any Sync experts out there with a suggestion?

You could try doing a factory reset.

May be out of position due to updated software.
