Who are we using for Engineering RHD conversions? Anyone gone through it lately?

Maybe try Dan Pitic @ Endracon.

I haven't used him personally ( as ended up getting approval from DPI to do my own engineers report  ) but from all reports he is practical and easy to deal wiht.
