Wheel and Tyre suitability 67 coupe

I have located a new set of 4 Alloy Superlites 15" x 8" which have always been my preference for rim/size for my 1967 Coupe.
Back space is 4 I/2 inch or 116mm
From my recent online research these will fit  all round if I run 225/60 tyres, but previously, I was informed 15 x 7's were the max front rim size.
Car has Shelby drop and reverse eye springs rear.
I researched this topic in this forum but did not find specific reference to this enquiry but apologies if it has been covered previously.
Is anyone running 15 x 8's all round?
Could you advise any issues or modifications needed?
