today I went to check this '73 convertible...
engine sounds good and exhaust has a really good tone; I didn't noticed any smoke and/or strange noises. Car has not been turned on during the day.
Interior is pretty good overall, some marks around but not big.
Roof is working really well and it is in good condition (not ripped); by the way it is white...
Major concern is the paint, re-sprayed with closed door in the US. There are some marks and chips around, not big and acceptable for a daily driver car. Paint on the front bumper started to crack, and I saw what could be a couple of rust bubbles in bottom front of the quarter panel (on both side of the car); bubbles are around 1cm diameter and underneath the paint.
Engine bay re-sprayed black with everything in it, or it looks like that...
I've checked underneath the car and it seems ok, no major dramas as much as I could see.
Tyres are 9yrs old.
