What modification is this?

Heya guys, does anyone know what kit/mod this is? I took the pics on Bridge Rd in Richmond a few months back. In my opinion the nicest 'Stang I've seen far as 2017 models. Perhaps someone knows the owner on this forum. I'm new to this forum so may have posted in the wrong discussion. Keen to learn.

I checked out the Roush site and it looks like an RS or S550 kit. Simple but sweet.
