Google the gauge clusters for '67 and '68 and put them side by side and you'll see numerous differences including changed gauge positions, differently styled control knobs including the heater controls, etc and all as Glenn 70 noted.
Yep, that's what I'd call a full '67 dash on yours, complete with tacho and clock, standard interior style with the black camera case finish.
Many cars didn't get the clock - there was just a blank panel in back in lieu of the gauge - unless the Deluxe interior was ordered. Yours has the standard interior yet has it anyway. Plus you have the tacho. You also have the lower door grilles which are there for the door courtesy lights and/or door speakers options, or both (in your case for the 8-track presumably).
AFAIK those were all options available individually, but equally could have been bundled as a package, either at the request of the first owner or by the dealer for a car for stock to glam it up, you'd need the factory build sheet to work out more detail. It's the sort of topic that causes much debate among some enthusiasts and concours types.
Suffice to say you've got a very nice car with a pretty comprehensive stack of options.
