David, your VIN will read something like this ... 2F02Q100001
2 = built 1972
F = manufactured at the Dearborn factory
02 = sportsroof (fastback)
Q = 351 4v engine
1000001 = build sequence

The engine code on the Vin is H, however the original owner (now deceased) fitted a 4V motor in the late 70"s for.
How can I establish what motor he fitted?
Is there a stamped code somewhere on the engine block?
