You're not allowed any more toys until you stop breaking the one's you already have.

They display the VIN as 9F02719885.
A 1969 Boss 429 VIN starts at 9FO2Zxxxxxx
I think they've taken the Z as a 7 and left a number off the sequential.

I believe the bidding go to $300k and they were going to start commence discussions in an attempt to have the car sold.  When watching the online bidding I did notice the bonnet and boot panels didn't line up 100% for fully restored car.  This could mainly been the new rubbers being fitted during the resto

Have now converted the other half into doing some of the Concours washin, cleaning & polishing stuff!!!!!!!!

at Lloyds auction there are a couple of nice classic cars, at least from pictures...
this is one: https://www.lloydsonline.com.au/LotDetails.aspx?smode=2&lid=3686320

how safe is to buy a classic car from them?
From Lloyds I bought few things in the past year or so, but not very expensive stuff, and to be fair I didn't have any issue with the items. But customer service is not great and item descriptions are generally very basic, with not many details, so sometimes it's like a stab in the dark.

It is safe to buy off them ,I have . I had a quick look over that mustang last time it went up for auction ,it’s ok but only ok with my quick look over . They must want big dollars tho because it made low 70s I think and did not meet reserve ,plus 8% on top I think . I think it was very average under the car ?  . I will go and have a better look over it for you if you like . They are very hard to deal with and it’s hard to look over the cars ,

Thanks for that, but the Mustang on the link above is well over my budget, at least for now.

So it is not the first time that it goes for sale with them?
