i did mine in a water based epoxy sensational however i didnt use non slip[......mistake

I just ended up using a paving paint on mine. Can't remember the brand but worked really well and oil and fuel are no dramas. Even brake fluid seems ok but I do wipe spills up straight away. I do have the odd tiny spot lifting from hot tyres and right at the edge where I didn't etch it properly. It is a little bit slippery when wet but well worth the effort of covering the concrete I reckon.

Funny when the neighbours look at me weird when I am vacuuming and mopping my garage floor before I work on it. I just say "outsides mine, insides the missus." Haha

Hey Guys, just stumbled upon the thread, and really wanted to see the photos, but unfortunately, they are banned by the third party.
Is there any chance you can re-upload the photos? That would be highly appreciated. 
As for the acid etching, I must say that I am a contractor and have done so many projects but believe me, it won't be long before your epoxy coat starts peeling off the concrete if use acid etching as a preparation method.
Just consider hiring a grinder for a day or two max. and that will help a lot. Have a look at this link, they explained it why epoxy flooring without proper preparation fails extensively.

My epoxy floor is a few years old now and still going strong.  I've taken a few chunks out of it, but some texta and areldite fixed those good enough.

I did a gearbox change in the landy a few weeks before the floor went down.  Oil everywhere.  Good prep is a must.





I still love sliding around under cars on it.  So smooth.
