Hi Guys new to the forums, Ordered My GT Fastback manual, Grabber Blue with strips last week hopefully see it around May June.

Got my VIN number today and was able to find my car will be leaving on the 27/1/17 on the ship Salome with an ETA in Fremantle on the 7/3/17   :grin: :thumb:

When did you get your Order confirmation? Trying to figure out the gap time wise between getting the order number and getting the VIN ....... got my order number email in November  :event: Ordered in September, and yes I was told back then only an 8 month wait ....

Down to 6 months for new orders is awesome.

Built and sent for shipping 19/12/2016
VIN no from dealer 17/1/2017
Shipping ETD from Baltimore 27/1/2017
ETA Fremantle 7/3/2017
Mid to late March delivery :thumb:

Ordered mine Oct took delivery January 14th. I was in the right place at the right time and no no one had backed out of an order I was lucky enough to have a choice of three.

Ordered mine 17/5/2016 was told delivery would be 17/5/2017. Got an email on the 17th of jan this year to say it was finished being made and would be shipped within 20 days. Havnt recieved any other notification since i ordered and the ford dealership i purchased have gone through 3 different salesman.

Received advice from Ford on 15 February 2017 that my car (GT convertible) order is in the cue.  Dealer estimates August 2017 delivery.  Email says I will be advised of VIN in due course and on construction and shipping.

I ordered 20/09/16 (the day I 1st got to test drive a GT), received Order confirmation 23/11/2016 and Build finished confirmation 15/02/2017.

It is definitely getting quicker now. Delivery is now anticipated a whole 2 months earlier than expected when I ordered. Should have been end June, now expected mid/late April.
