Tyres for my Shelby GT500 wheels

I bought a set of 2011 SVT GT500 forged alloys for my new S550 GT ( when it gets delivered) tossing up between Michelin's PS3 or Continentals 5's , anyone's thoughts would be appreciated , I'm looking for a Tyre that is quiet and a reasonably soft ride as I'll be using the car as a daily drive with a few weekend trips up to the Hunter valley.
