Just Googled the above part and they are worth some money!  :thud:  Probably something to do with them fitting Boss 302s...

I think the correct one for the 69 Boss is the C70E-6312-C

You may well be right, but the info I have from MustangTek and some other sources says there are at least three crank pulley part numbers applicable to the '69 Boss 302:

C7OE-6A312-C = Single groove (no P/S or A/C)
C7OE-6312-A = Double groove (P/S but no A/C)  <- this is the part I have available
C8OE-6312-C = Triple groove (P/S and A/C)

Anyway, I suspect anyone looking for Boss parts will know exactly what they're after...

Hey Stormin, thanks for that!   :thumb:

All the measurements of your pulley are spot on apart from the outside diameter - anything bigger than 6-1/8" would foul the water pump pulley.

After some further investigation it looks like my '68 302 block has been fitted with a crank and balancer from a later year 302.  This has pushed the mounting face for the crank pulley about 0.9" further out than on a 1960's 289/302 and is the reason I'm having a bugger of a time finding one that lines up with my factory brackets and water pump.

I have just ordered a billet aluminium jobbie from CVF racing in the US that was designed for later year engine components transplanted into '60s cars and it should line up according to the measurements they gave me.  Of course I won't know for sure until it gets here...

In any event, I reckon you have a fairly rare pulley there (maybe applicable to the '69 Boss 302) so it would be worth holding on to.

No worries
Knew I had one like you were after but has taken me a couple of weeks to find it. Found lots of other stuff that I had forgotten about. May just organize a Mustang only swap meet. Must be a lot of good useable stuff in the sheds around that could be put to good use.

CVF pulley fits perfectly!

Thanks to all for the suggestions/advice/looking through sheds for suitable parts.
