Got accomodation for the weekend and just registered with Wintersun there are still a few spots left on the net if you book now. Paul and Bob you guys still coming to this one

Sorry Ray sent a misleading post, I meant that wintersun web page is aying the run and show days are filling up (82%). I don't know the name of the place we are staying at but it is at Currumbin

Darryl,I'm thinking of taking the car off the road to get some rust cut out and fix the door droop so I'm not sure if I'll be mobile.

I can not go to Wintersun, but i'd love others who attend to take lots of pics and post them on here. We should try to promote this as a get together point of the year at a festival celebrating the period in time where most of our cars came from...

The usual Wintersun suspects will be bunkered down within the precint in their flash apartments, but I think there will be a lot of us..."going in their other cars" for the day.
Hopefully we will bump into each other at some point on the Sunday wandering around aimlessly looking for them.
The run to QR Sunday June 1st for the Shannons event should be great for the rev-heads, so stay tuned for details here, and in the newsletter.

Whilst WINTERSUN runs for over a week, and there are car cruises and cars show on the Saturday worth seeing, the Sunday (the 8th) is the "biggest" day when the adoring public descends on Coolangatta.

Most of the crew stay at Twin Towns and try to keep their cars close. Worth a try. Enjoy you'r weekend.

I am staying at Currumnbin and actually got the wintersun stuff sent to me yesterday but haven't had a chance to read it yesterday. I am doing the run on Sat night and leaving my car in the ground 2 area for the show on Sat and Sunday. Its cheap safe car parking putting it in the show, Most of the cars have the club sticker on it, my car is exactly as my avatar. If you see it say hellow. :]
