Possibly correct Boof quite cheap, $400 less the 185 AFR, more than $1300 less then 195's, they could use some extra spring though, looking at the Edelbrock web site, they are 140/380, I think, and not sure of valve train quality, it would make sense that they are these and not E-street heads, makes the HP number a "little" more believable with the right cam.  They flow similar to a 165 AFR renegade mostly but with worst exhaust, likely slower air speed. They would want a good cam with extra exhaust perhaps why the say they use a custom grind, to compensate for the heads some what.
