Well he tells me he has a fully forged bottom end. I feel he will split the block or melt the pistons but as they say you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.

No he has Forged pistons and  I beam rods from memory a cast scat crank. It does have a Griddle so may do a few passes on the the bottle.

Only stated what he told me. he could have the strongest bottom end ever but it is still  an old ford 302 block.
If he runs the NOS I believe it will end in tears.

Hey well tonight's efforts seemed quite good on the old dyno. I've still got a bit more to do to improve things. As my
Hunch was right it needs a Elc fuel pump it's running out of gas in the top end. and the mainfold is wrong for it. With these improvements should pick up another 30-40hp he seems to think. But tonight with a basic tune we grabed another 35hp out of it.

Glenn maybe you need to put yours on the dyno. It's worth it to gain an extra 30-40hp just for a tune.

They had another guy there last night In his xt Fairmont his car ran 160hp and with a simple tune turn of the dizzy he got 180hp. Not bad...

I have always told you your engine had more HP than mine . Same size engine ,bigger carby ,better intake manifold ,bigger cam ,more compression , a MSD etc and a much newer engine .  So more HP does not surprise me .  Mine is around 335 HP flywheel yours should be around 460 ish I would think
