69ish with the purple 69 fastback should be parked next to my red 66 coupe . God only knows where we will be parked as we are going a little later but should roll up around 8.10

Mine went quite well 2nd and 3rd run but not the 1 st run ,just wheel spun .  I have lost some top end , about 3 mph by taking the spacer plate off the dual plain intake manifold so I can fit the std original air cleaner . I go the total sleeper look inc the std 14 inch rims and hub caps and bowlers hat on the back shelf .  it still goes ok but just out side the 11s .

Looks like it was a good day - Thanks for the pics, hopefully there will be a few more put up for those who didn't/couldn't make it.

Gee Glen only just out of the 11's  :tissue: Most people would kill to have a car stuggle as much as your's does on the strip :burnout:

I made it - but did'nt talk to anyone  :bolt:

must get the pictures downloaded.

Anyone know who owns the blue 66(?) coupe [I think it was - I did'nt have the best view from the stands, and did'nt tape/photo it cause it looked stock-as-a-rock!] that ran under 10 seconds ?  :omg: :omg:

I ran a PB of 12.45 @ 111.97 Mph then a 12.48 @ 110.19 Mph on my street tyres (No Sticky tyres like other were running) Then when I came around to staging for a 3rd run they waved me and the car in front of me off back onto the display field and I don't know why (At the time I thought they only had enough time for us to do 2 runs)
I think I can go quicker especially if I can stop the car from missing over 4500 rpm
Definitely will go quicker with sticky tyres.

Can you post the photos? It wasn't the start point I was having issues.

Here's a vid of me racing that gt500 car. ha I couldn't get 3rd gear ended up poping it in 5th mid point down the track.
