Am hoping theres a member near Thornton who would be willing to cast an eye over a Mustang I am interested in.  

Its a '67 coupe, looks fantastic from the info I have.  But I just need a person to verify the facts.

He imports cars and sells them.
I looked at a car he had about a year ago. very dissapointed, nothing like the add said, some peoples idea of no rust leaves a bit to be desired.
Just checked the 2 he has at the moment listed.
Allways hard to tell by photos, but if its the 66 you are looking at, beautiful repaint and looks smart, but check out the photo of the engine bay, i would wonder why the  r/h shock the tower has a big dent in it?
Both cars would be worth a look though. depending on what he wants for them.

GTA, yeah, I had an inspection done on the black '66.  Nice car, but I was turned off by the body repair evident (wonder whats under that repaint) and all the little areas that needed retouching/cleaning up to bring it up to my standard.  i know its probably small shit, but I'm not looking for a project in the short term..  he wants $20k for it.

He's offered me the green '67 at a good price and its a better car than the '66 apparently, so may be more what I am looking for.

Jay, go to this web site, The guys name is Mick, he brings in cars from the states, give him a call, he brings in good cars and can even find something over there if you are looking.
