Hey guys,
Has anybody got GT40P heads on their mustang?
The heads are making life a pain to fit headers, it can't find any that will fit that are off the rack....
Any thoughts.
P.S, the heads are stock off my 2002 AU that I'm stuffing in my 66

I made a set for my 347 with GT40P heads. Try contacting Stef at Custom Mustangs or possibly Hedman Headers?? Click on search at top left of this page & enter GT40P.

Purchased the above from Summitracing (US). They are pretty good with delivery

I got the Patriot H8433 middies....I reckon they look pretty good myself
I did have to lift the engine up about a cm to ensure they did knock on the frame on the passenger side ( this is a left hand drive car) and no issues at all on the drivers side around the steering box
Not sure if they fit the GT40P heads though

I have JBA shorties on the GT40P headed roller cam engine in my LHD '66. Fit well with good clearance all round. Bit of a pain to get the bolts done up (not uncommon with many brands), particularly on cyl 7, but once done no leaks or other issues. I can dig up the model number if you like.
