Sorry guys, I try to get as much as I can and if there's a bunch of people in front of the shot, too much sun reflecting, etc. I move on and hope to get another chance later but not always.

It was quite a busy morning too, I was still snapping when cars were leaving.
Where were you parked?

For those planning to go, get in early. I heard from Birdman the place was packed at 7am.

There's plenty of parking within short walking distance.

Yes we were able to park down behind the water tank and then walk up a short track right into the action, it was a top morning  :thumb:

I saw all the cars coming out of Cavallinos going past there on my way home from Kellyville Cars 'n Coffee. Looked like a big turn out of cars as usual.  :thumb:

 30 July 2015

To all the Cavallino Cars and Coffee supporters.

It's been an incredible two years for Cavallino Cars and Coffee, starting in February 2013 with what we thought would be a small group of mates gathering each month to drink coffee and talk cars.

Out of Cars and Coffee came the idea to form Sydney Automobile Club, formalising our group of car buffs and also encouraging others to join us on our regular activities - club drives, gelato runs, wine tasting, lunches and dinners.

Now here we are in the second half of 2015 with a huge public event requiring a herculean effort from our committee and volunteers to organise and create each month, with all the associated legal and council requirements issues to meet.
As such, Cavallino Cars and Coffee will no longer operate as a monthly public event.

THERE WILL NOT BE A CARS AND COFFEE MEETING THIS SUNDAY 2nd AUGUST.

The committee is working together with Council, RMS and NSW Police to deliver an even better cars and coffee. Watch this space!

The Sydney Automobile Club will redirect its emphasis more towards our exclusive member-only activities including road and track motoring, social events and club functions. We expect to bring the best elements and wonderful diversity of Cars and Coffee to more focussed SAC events.

The committee of Sydney Automobile Club and Cavallino Cars and Coffee wishes to thank all who supported the event including local council, police, automobile manufacturers and dealers, and of course the fantastic members of the public who attended each month.

It's been a fantastic ride and be assured the Sydney Automobile Club has some exciting and ambitious plans for the future.
