Might be a good reason to wake up The Joker.
It's been ages since I started it.

Was a good day today, have other things to do so decided to leave around midday after being one of the first to arrive.... I couldn't stop drooling over that Stage 3 Roush..

About 5 minutes from home I heard a strange hissing... Decided to pull over then and there to see what was going on..
Turns out the car decided to blow a radiator hose and I lost probably 95% of the coolant (bottom rad hose was empty), I'm not sure how long it was running without coolant, but it can't have been long as there was still some water coming out of the water pump when I took the hose off...

I'm really hoping there's no damage other than my burnt thumb and a bit of a mess to clean up..
These 6 cylinder heads are known for warping when they overheat.. :ouch:
Although.. It would be a good excuse for a rebuild, but as nice as it would be it wouldn't be cheap!

Thankfully, I had a few liters of pre-mixed anit-freeze and water in the boot and a spare hose clamp to get me home... :thud:

Hi JT

Hope it worked out ok

My power steering s*## itself  this morning. Still can't figure it out. A bolt had dropped out and jammed the pulley but after fixing that still no go.  Probably a job for a power steering specialist.

Hope the day went well. The pictures look good

What a magic day for a turnout and weather.

One count was 94 cars, but some left and others arrived, thanks to those that helped setting up, cooking and the packing up.

It was a great day with a good turn out. Good to meet some Vic members since moving down here. The Stang purred all the way to Bundoora from Mornington Peninsula. It's great to have it back on the road. Thanks to the organisers.

Mach-One, . . . and we all come out of our caves when the weather clears up. You can see us driving all over the peninsula with smiles from ear to ear.  :thumb:

Well I managed to find it okay and the old girl really enjoyed the outing....I think the car benefited from the run as well  :smile01:

Great day and perfect weather....my old girl was very happy being able to catch up with so many of her brothers and sisters.

There certainly were some drool worth cars there.

Well done guys for putting on such a great event.

See you guys at the next event.

Sorry guys, I didn't make it.

Had everything ready
Joker was warming up when my daughter arrived to surprise me.

What a surprise
10 years since I last saw her.
Hence The Joker went back into the stable.

Best Fathers day I have ever had.
